Returns Policy
All returns must be notified to us first incase it is a non returnable item, please see list below. You can email [email protected] with your Invoice number.
Returns Guarantee from Shop4rolls.ie ensures that we will replace/refund most goods provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt, Unused in their Original Packaging and fit for general retail Resale. Our Guarantee is inline with State Law and does not affect your statutory rights.
Who covers the cost of returning an item?
Sorry we do not provide a free returns service. You will need to cover the cost of returning the item to us.
We will reimburse postage costs only if an item is faulty. In this case you must contact us first so we can manage the return process. We will try to repair or replace a faulty item first.
If you wish to return goods that are wrongly ordered, you can do so by your own postal method or via us. The cost for us to collect unwanted goods or wrongly ordered goods is €14.50 + VAT per parcel.
A restocking fee may also be charged for unrequired goods.
PLEASE REPACK GOODS INTO OUTER BOX.
Do not damage original packaging. If Original packaging is damaged or defaced your returns will incur costs.
No returns on Printers that have the seal opened on the box or tampered with, unless it the printer is faulty or damaged.
If we are collecting goods you wish to return, we ask you to ensure that they are wrapped as per the way they were received.
If we collected multiple parcels, you will be invoiced @ €14.50 per parcel/box collected.
This charge will also apply to parcels collected that where a picking error as our couriers charge per parcel and we will pass on that charge.
The following products are non-returnable due to Health & Safety reason: perishable goods, computer software, Coffee, Tea, Water, snacks, clothing and Footwear.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on food packaging that has been opened prior to deciding to return it, this is due to health and safety issues with food packaging.
**Caution: Non-Returnable Item - This is a non-returnable item from the moment it is ordered, normally these items are shipped direct from manufacturer.
These orders cannot be cancelled once ordered, even if the delivery takes longer than stated.
Refund of Order:
On return of the products we will inspect the items first, then when all is 100% resalable we will refund your card or Paypal account to 100% of its original order value.
Cancelling order:
Please make sure to advise us as soon as you can when cancelling an order maximum 14 days after receipt of invoice. You must inform us by E-mail or letter that you are returning the goods. You can not just send us back the order with no written statement to advise us of the return.
Re-Packaging the Goods:
You must package the goods according to our guidelines set out here. The goods must be packaged in a way as to prevent any damage to the original packaging of the products. This is important as the products need to be resold so No Tape directly onto products. Place products into cardboard box with secure fill (Bubblewrap) to protect during transit. We will not be responsible for goods you return during transit. You are fully responsible for the return of the goods including costs and damages that may have occurred.
Handling of Goods:
The products must be in 100% resaleable condition when they arrive back to our stores. The goods should not be used or repackaged in anyway, so no evidence of opening the outer packaging of the products. We give 14 days for you to examine the product the same way a retailer might by handling and looking at the product not by opening it.

You must notify us of any damages within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
YOU MUST SEND PHOTOS OF THE GOODS RECIEVED INCLUDING THE OUTER BOX IT ARRIVED IN, OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE.
